We developed the e-commerce website for renting and selling BoBAGS handbags. In addition to customizing the Magento platform by creating an exclusive graphic design, we developed a delivery control interface, which sends automatic notifications to the customer when the return date of the rented bag arrives. As well as optimizing the operation, the returns control proved to be an excellent upselling tool, suggesting that customers keep the bag for longer than originally chosen.
